OPTIMAL DRYING PROCESS.
The manure is distributed evenly on the top layer by a spreading mechanism and the belt speed can be adjusted for optimal distribution and drying. The system consists of 3 – 12 tiers with a perforated belt each. These perforations allow the air to circulate through the manure and dry it quickly. At the end of the tier the manure falls down on the underlying belt. At the end of the lowest belt the dried manure drops on an auger or discharge conveyor that transports the end product to a storage.
Proper distribution of the air flow through the inlet openings and use of the Twin-Flow principle make the system energy-efficient. Depending on several factors the BeltDry is able to reduce the fine dust with 30-60 % and can reach a dry matter content of 85% with minimal air pressure.
The BeltDry is suitable for small spaces and makes optimal use of the floor space. There is a choice between different inlet openings, the bigger the opening the less counter pressure is needed. An additional benefit of a bigger inlet opening is that the system works more energy efficient and is easier to clean.
The BeltDry is fabricated from high-quality galvanized steel. All relevant parts are made out of stainless steel.
