FLOORBELT® CROSS CONVEYOR BELT

VDL Jansen developed the FloorBelt cross conveyor belt to transport the manure out of the house immediately. It is placed on the floor behind the manure belts.

NO MANURE PIT NECESSARY
The horizontal part of the FloorBelt is frameless. The height of the FloorBelt is minimal, so a manure pit is no longer necessary. This contributes to a better environment in the house.

EASY MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
It is much easier to oversee the build-up of manure around the belt with no manure pit. The FloorBelt can be rolled up and moved away from the house floor, so it's very easy to clean the surrounding area.

EFFICIENT
The FloorBelt consists of two parts; a horizontal part which is placed behind the housing system and an elevating part that's situated on the outside of the house.

VARIOUS VERSIONS
The FloorBelt cross conveyor belt is available in various versions. For example, FloorBelts with a lower dump height can be combined with an additional elevating belt.
