PREMIUM BREEDER SLATS

The Premium slat is designed to give optimal support and grip to the birds feet. This is not only essential in order to avoid leg problems but also gives optimum support during mating. Good manure passage allows hygienic conditions and contributes to clean slats and nests.

GOOD MANURE PASSAGE
The good manure passage of the slats allow both slats and nests to stay clean and contributes to a healthy living environment. The rounded corners prevent bacteria formation and foot pad lesions.

LONG LIFE TIME
Slats from VDL Jansen are developed and produced in-house and therefore meet high quality standards. The plastic (polypropylene) from which the slats are made is UV-stabilized and therefore does not splinter or age. This prevents damage to the legs.

LICE AND MITE UNFRIENDLY
The polypropylene slats are lice and mite unfriendly as they cannot nest in the material. The finish of the slats allows for thorough cleaning with a high pressure washer.

EASY (DIS)ASSEMBLY
The slats are easy to (de)assemble without tools. This is convenient and fast and reduces cleaning time.
